Our consultancy is designed for all types of organisations and helps to identify your barriers and find the solutions to paying a Living Wage, support your organisation to understand and maximise the benefits and impacts of raising wages and provide a framework for your organisation to put the Living Wage in place.

For senior business leaders; this training provides you with the tools needed to build your plan towards becoming a Living Wage employer. Training takes place over one half day and one following full day with a follow up meeting once training is complete. Trainings are held in a central London location.
