JOB: Communications and Digital Marketing Officer

Hours: Full Time - flexible working available 
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Approx £24,000

The Living Wage Foundation has an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Communications and Digital Marketing Officer. We are looking for an exceptionally motivated and organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high profile communications environment. The role will involve overseeing all our digital channels, leading on the relationships with our digital designers and suppliers and creating ad-hoc digital content to support original content created by the rest of the team. Responsibility for delivering the digital growth strategy, ensuring all digital content reflects our brand and fielding enquiries and queries from our diverse movement of campaigners and employers.

This role is responsible for delivering our internal marketing strategy for our accredited employer network. This will include drafting and sending newsletters and liaising with employers and team members who need additional marketing material creating to support their work. This role is responsible for creating and delivering our digital strategy for Living Wage Week, the annual celebration of the Living Wage movement and supporting on the Living Wage Champion awards. The role includes some administration support for the Communications team and will be responsible for the digital budget. The position would suit an applicant with strong digital communication skills and marketing experience and enthusiasm for engaging supporters through social networks.
